PLEASE NOTE:  before contacting the ERC, we ask that you read through our highly detailed website and avail yourself of the ERC's many resources and initiatives described herein.  In most cases, your inquiries and concerns can be addressed via the myriad of links and information on our website.  Please note that while every effort is made to acknowledge to all inquiries in a timely fashion to the best of our ability, the ERC receives literally hundreds of emails, faxes, letters and phone calls each week.  Your patience is appreciated.  As a volunteer-driven organization, we are unable to respond to any inquiries requesting information that may be already covered within our website, requests personal health advice or is outside the scope of our mission.  Thank you for your understanding.
